During 2018 Cooperative invested in modern in-house food laboratory where dedicated quality department team continually performs various caraway seed analyses to monitor product quality. As a direct result of our new in-house real-time analysis capabilities we are able to bring to market product quicker, yet still assure absolute certainty and little variation, due to the ability to fine tune the re-cleaning process real-time.
The goal of our quality department is that every shipment from our re-cleaning facility is consistently homogeneous and meets our client’s requirements!
